Saturday, June 8, from 10 until 2 we will have the Saturday, June 8, from 10 until 2 we will have the friendly folks from Blooming Cactus, on-site at Carver, setup to help you renew or apply for a Cannabis Medical Patient Card. There are 30 qualifying conditions allowing patients access to tax free cannabis medicine. The current tax rate, without including NM/Albuquerque tax is 12%. Stack it together and it’s 19.63%! The cost of the card is usually redeemed in just a few visits to your fave dispensary when you don’t pay this hefty tax. As a card-carrying patient, I feel adding my name to the list of people in the medical program helps to push the legislators and naysayers forward by validating that it works as medicine for me. Our numbers drive data.

A couple new ones for the grow-your-own clone shel A couple new ones for the grow-your-own clone shelf!!! A pair of heaters that happen to be sisters. Blue Dream x Lime Salt! There are two pheno’s, the #2 and #13. The #2 leans heavily on the fruity/ berry/blue dream side with some of the Lime Salt citrus bringing up the rear. The #13 is flipped and leans heavily on Lime Salt. With a sharp pungent citrus up front and a hint of blue dreams profile at the back end. I am not sure if they will make the permanent roster. I had to get them out for outdoor season. These plants both beast in growth, huge and vigorous with chunky flowers (indoor). I can’t wait to see what people do with her outside. I was going to wait to name them before bringing them up to the dispo, but I’m too excited. The first two rounds of testing went phenomenal. She made it to side plants in room 4. We had three in the beginning, but they got so big we had to cull one to make room. They are really easy to grow and train. They ripped through stretch and could have used a little more food at day 14 -21. The side plants will get paired for a wash and we will see how they do % wise. I’d love a rosin with the profile of either one. We aren’t really gambling on her being a hash strain as both her parents do not show up in that department 😆 I think both of these new strains will be a great starter plant that has the potential of some huge yields. The first time we ran Lime Salt ( Hells OG X ( ult chem 91 x alien orange cookies)) we noticed one lower branch had a male flower cluster. That plant was next to the Blue Dream bed. The trim team labeled the plant and area that was closes to the flower cluster. They scoured and found just over 22 seeds. They were all female, had very similar growth traits and were all surprisingly impressive plants. We ran the two potential winners side by side to pick the best and they are so different terpene wise that they both ended up being keepers. 🌱
